Avelon Management Group provides short-term rental property management and co-hosting services. Specific services, pricing, and terms will be outlined in individual service agreements with clients.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Service Agreements

Detailed terms of our property management services, including pricing, responsibilities, and termination conditions, will be specified in separate service agreements signed by both parties.

Performance and Results

While we strive to maximize your property's revenue and performance, we cannot guarantee specific results. Performance depends on various factors including market conditions, property characteristics, seasonality, and competition. Any revenue projections or performance estimates are based on historical data and market analysis and are not guarantees of future results.

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be specified in your service agreement. Payment terms, commission structures, and any additional fees will be clearly outlined. You agree to pay all fees as specified in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Avelon Management Group and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avelon Management Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our services
• Guest damages, cancellations, or negative reviews

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avelon Management Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Termination conditions for ongoing service agreements will be specified in individual contracts.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
